These are concrete deeds and their impact — training programmes and tools, cooperation with authorities and security work, systems and web services. Much of it has grown up alongside a demanding day job, which says something about how I take initiative even when no one requires it. I built the training for the Karttahimmeli programme in collaboration with the programme’s developer and served as trainer for the programme and for situational-picture command as it rolled out nationally. One of six new training packages I have designed.
I designed and delivered, as lead trainer, five regionally tailored webinars on personal preparedness and crisis resilience. Over 900 participants, and the training was recorded as part of the organisation’s induction. The slides served only as a framework for discussion and active participation.
I design, build and maintain WordPress web services for companies and associations. Client work includes jmyllyaho.fi (2022) and profihoiva.fi (2025).
As a working-group member, I contributed to updating the content and structure of the search-operation commander training for the 2025–2026 cycle.

As a working-group member, I contributed to producing the guide for the Voluntary Rescue Service’s basic search course.
I serve as an expert in a village-safety development project — strengthening local preparedness and everyday security.
I serve as the security manager for the town’s public events on my own expertise — security planning, risk assessments and operational command.
I founded the organisation and build the training system, learning paths and new-trainer coaching for Voluntary Rescue Service actors.
Founder and active member of an international search-and-rescue cooperation forum.

I support the city’s preparedness activities in collaboration: taking part in tabletop exercises and in the Regional State Administrative Agency (AVI) preparedness exercises.
I built a webshop’s backend system and the entire internal-logistics process chain: order → purchase order → production process → logistics → invoicing → delivery.
